Terms of Service
Peekable is still in early access. These terms describe the current hosted service in plain language and keep the service on a best-effort basis.
These terms apply to the hosted Peekable service at peekable.fyi, including shared mockup links, localhost relay sessions, annotations, waitlist access, and related account features.
1. Early access status
Peekable is an early-access developer tool for sharing static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript mockups, localhost previews, and element-level feedback. The service may change, be incomplete, or become unavailable at any time. It is provided on a best-effort basis only, with no service-level agreement and no promise of uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts and access
You may need an account, API key, or share link to use parts of the service. Keep your credentials and any private share links or view secrets under your control. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account or credentials.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, notes, annotations, and other content you submit to Peekable. You give Peekable permission to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, harmful code, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Do not try to bypass access controls, view-secret protections, or other security features.
- Do not interfere with the service or other users' ability to use it.
5. Privacy and security
Peekable stores service data such as account records, session content, annotations, events, and view-secret related protection data so the product can work. Peekable does not promise any particular security certification, uptime target, backup window, or retention schedule in these terms.
6. Suspension, termination, and product changes
Peekable may suspend or end access to the service at any time, including for misuse, security concerns, legal reasons, or product changes. Features may be added, changed, or removed during early access without notice.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." Peekable disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Contact
Questions or support requests about these terms or the service can be sent to hello@peekable.fyi.
